The 3Ws of Discovering Ourselves and Our Donors - What Am I Inheriting, Who Am I, and What Do I Want to Do About It?

Intended Audience: Executive directors, development staff and board members.

National guest speaker, Diane Higginbotham, a senior philanthropic advisor from Houston, Texas will host this training for nonprofit leaders at our new C3 Center. Diane provides multigenerational advising and training for next generation engagement in philanthropy through the 21/64 organization, an industry-leader in multi-generation philanthropy for the past 50+ years.

In this session, hear from Diane about the most valuable ways to connect with your donors. Participants will explore strategies and tools to help shift to a more relational focus with donors. We will explore the importance of bringing authenticity to conversations by active listening to identify alignment between donor priorities and organizational mission.
