Does your organization effectively leverage technology to serve your mission? Or do the plethora of platforms and ever-evolving tools have an overwhelming effect? Navigating technology needs can be especially challenging for organizations without dedicated IT staff or in-house experts. In this workshop, leaders from dsmHack will present foundational tips and tricks designed to help participants feel less intimidated by technology. Learn about improving cyber security through effective password management, basic website maintenance and utilizing free resources like G Suite for Nonprofits. Take advantage of time with these tech-savvy guides to ask questions, understand how to seek out tech support, and leave more confident in how technology can enhance your work. Participants are encouraged to share insights on what platforms (fundraising, etc.) and tools empower your organizations.
