Primary responsibilities include providing professional financial support by maintaining, monitoring and reporting accounting information.

The Iowa Community Corps is an AmeriCorps program. Our members lead community and offer 1:1 support as Community Health Navigators. We currently have 7 positions in Des Moines.
Travel between properties to monitor tenant ledgers, conduct unit inspections, and lease enforcement. Show units, perform move-in inspections, sign lease with new tenants and maintain legal records.

The House Associate works collaboratively with the Operations Team to facilitate the day-to-day operations of RMHCCI, collaborating with volunteers, guests and families with care and compassion.
