I am passionate about nonprofits and provide expert consulting and hands-on support in organizational maturity and enablement through strategic planning, marketing and program execution, program development, and event design. I plan and execute events of all sizes—big or small. For a decade, I served as Regional Manager for Women Lead Change, where I was a fundraiser and organized conferences and leadership workshops. I led regional leadership advisory councils in Iowa, Ilinois and South Dakota. I initially became involved with Women Lead Change as a volunteer. My nonprofit leadership roles include Dress For Success (event planning), NAWBO Iowa (event planning), Heritage Carousel Foundation (board member & capitol campaign), Girl Scouts of Central Iowa (capitol campaign committee), and the American Red Cross (local board and national & regional committees). A Leadership Iowa graduate, ABI Leadership Iowa Alumni Board and Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute (alumnus and board). I am committed to promoting my community. I founded B.
