Employment Training Scholarship

Freedom for Youth Ministries offers Employment Training for young adults ages 18-25 committed to developing work and life skills through faith-based support inside a fully functioning business. In this training program, employees are paid an hourly wage, and receive hands-on training to gain familiarity and experience and a variety of work skills at Freedom Blend Coffee and Freedom Construction Services. We are currently preparing for our fourth class of participants in early 2023 and continually onboard new classes twice a year, so this is a continuing need. This funding would support three employment training employees at Freedom Construction Services during their first three months of training in the classroom, where students are not on a job site producing income for the ministry. This level of partnership would help continue this exciting arm of our organization, working to keep it on a strong foundation, allow us to build momentum, and expand our enrollment base.
