Project Description

This campaign is to pay for the renovations of our NEW Youth Mentoring Center located at 2130 Grand Avenue in Des Moines. The mentoring center is 10,500 sq. ft. and will include private interview rooms, a children's play room, a conference room, a large community space for gatherings, as well as a full furnished game room to help Bigs and Littles build their relationship. This space will allow us to offer activities for our Bigs and Littles that we simply could not offer before. This center will allow us to expand our programming to mentor more youth immediately, with a projection of 400 new youth served in the next 3 years putting us over 1000 youth served in Polk, Warren and Dallas Counties.
