Debt-Free Affordable Housing for the Next 20 Years

Join the effort to finish building a new model of Affordable Housing in Des Moines.  Help build the only six bedroom, 3 ½ bath, 2 car garage being built in the City of Des Moines right now.  This will not only be a larger home for low-income parents and their children, but a home to stabilize families and change the trajectory of their lives.  The home is planned to have geo-thermal energy to make the utilities affordable for renters.  Each rental family can stay in this rental home with supportive services for up to two years while they are supported in financial counseling, addiction recovery, and trauma healing.
 
The foundation of the home is already poured and the framing of the home will occur soon.  Plans call for the home to be finished by the Spring of 2026.  After receiving two separate grants, the last $125,000 is needed to allow this home to be built debt-free.  The grants received already will lock up this home as an affordable housing property for the next 20 years at least.  Help this to come to full debt-free fruition.
