Travel between properties to monitor tenant ledgers, conduct unit inspections, and lease enforcement. Show units, perform move-in inspections, sign lease with new tenants and maintain legal records.

The House Associate works collaboratively with the Operations Team to facilitate the day-to-day operations of RMHCCI, collaborating with volunteers, guests and families with care and compassion.
Assists in the overseeing the portfolio of affordable and market rate properties. Develop and implement annual plans with specific strategies to maximize the value of the portfolio of properties.
