Nonprofit Training - Understanding Perception, Bias and Multigenerational Perspectives in the Workplace

This session will highlight how personal experiences and biases shape interactions, so individuals can recognize opportunities to improve communication, build trust and effectively leverage the strengths of a multigenerational workforce.
