Dr. Jennifer Murnane-Rainey, JAM Group, Professor of Finance and Management at Midland University

This session will highlight how personal experiences and biases shape interactions, so individuals can recognize opportunities to improve communication, build trust and effectively leverage the strengths of a multigenerational workforce. Dr. Murnane-Rainey will lead an engaging training centered around generational perspectives and how to build stronger, more effective workplace communication.

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how to: 

  • Explain how personal experiences shape perception, intuition and bias
  • Recognize how assumptions influence workplace communication and trust
  • Identify strategies for improving collaboration in a multigenerational workforce
Dr. Jennifer Murnane-Rainey is an executive leader, consultant, and educator with extensive experience helping organizations strengthen leadership effectiveness, organizational culture, and strategic performance across the nonprofit, corporate, and government sectors. She has partnered with organizations to navigate complex leadership and organizational challenges, improve team effectiveness, and develop strategies that align people, mission, and performance.
