Nonprofit Training - Understanding Perception, Bias and Multigenerational Perspectives in the Workplace

Participants will examine how these perceptions influence trust, communication and workplace behavior within a multigenerational workforce. Through discussion and a practical case study, participants will learn strategies to recognize assumptions, improve communication and leverage generational diversity.
