Intended Audience: Nonprofit staff or board members who are interested in feeling more confident in building and implementing the organization’s budget.

From creating simple, effective dashboards to rethinking how your Form 990 can reinforce your mission, you’ll learn how to communicate your financial story in ways that build trust and inspire support.
