Project Description

This fund supports Heart Kits that Iowa Heart Foundation donates to schools to engage students with six Iowa Science standard-aligned heart lessons.

Each kit contains:
- 30 heart-shaped stress balls
- 20 stethoscopes
- 2 heart puzzles
- 1 heart model
- 1 timer
- 1 box of alcohol wipes to clean stethoscopes
- Folder with activity sheets

Iowa Heart Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to improving heart health education and dedicated to the prevention of heart disease.

Heart disease is the leading cause of death in Iowa. It's important to foster heart healthy choices for future generations.
