Project Description

Greater Des Moines Supportive Housing is converting two extended stay hotels in Urbandale and West Des Moines into two permanent, supportive housing campuses. The campuses will provide stable, long-term homes and supportive services for nearly 200 individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability in Polk County. Residents will find fully furnished studio apartments, on-site case management and supportive services, and shared spaces designed for connection, not just housing.
