This fund supports our 5-month Freedom Construction Services training program designed for at-risk young adults and those seeking a second chance. The program equips students with foundational life skills, workplace readiness training, and hands-on construction experience to prepare them for meaningful employment.

Your investment helps cover the essential elements that make transformation possible — program staff who mentor and train students, salary stipends that allow participants to commit fully to the program, and the PPE and equipment each student needs to train safely and professionally.

Over five months, students gain practical construction skills, develop discipline and soft skills employers value, and build the confidence necessary to step into the workforce prepared. This isn’t just job training — it’s a structured pathway from instability to opportunity.
