Better Together: 2026 Annual Celebration Luncheon and Report to the Community

Each year, our Annual Celebration Luncheon offers a moment to come together with donors, nonprofit partners, community leaders and friends, to celebrate what we've made possible through our shared commitment to community. One strong message emerged: when people act on what they care about, and do so together, we make meaningful impact in the places we call home. 

Turning Passion Into Impact

At the Community Foundation, we help individuals and families put their values into action. Connecting their generosity with opportunities that simplify giving and amplify impact. Sometimes these conversations come at a pivotal moment - selling a business, planning for the future or thinking about legacy for the next generation. By supporting local nonprofits, investing in long-term solutions or responding to emerging needs, generosity - when guided by intention - creates lasting results. 

Strengthening Our For-Impact Sector

We are invested in the continued success of our local nonprofit sector - or as we  like to call it, our for-impact sector. These are the organizations doing the daily, often behind-the-scenes, work of supporting individuals, families and neighborhoods. From meeting essential needs to expanding access and opportunity, nonprofits are critical to strong and thriving communities. Most importantly, they are led by people who show up every day with commitment and care. And together, we collaborate to drive meaningful change for all.

Moving Communities Forward

The challenges facing our local communities are complex, and no single organization can help solve them alone. Through partnerships, shared initiatives and collective investment, we realize what's possible when people align around common goals. This approach allows us to respond more effectively, reach further and build solutions that last.

Looking Ahead, Together

As we celebrated at the Annual Celebration Luncheon, one thing was clear - the strength of our community comes from the people who are a part of it. The conversations, stories and connections from the event don't end here. They carry forward in many ways, in the work of the for-impact sector, in the generosity of donors who choose to support pressing needs and promising opportunities for generations to come and in the partnerships that continue to take shape. Because when we come together with purpose, we don't just respond to today, we help shape tomorrow. We're simply better together forever.
