PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Systems and Data Coordinator is responsible for providing support to donors, fund holders, and Community Foundation staff related to the Community Foundation technology systems including Stellar iPhi. The Systems and Data Coordinator is an integral part of the Community Foundation’s core administration and is responsible for the ongoing integrity, consistency and coordination of the data and technology systems. This position works with all departments of the Community Foundation to help effectively manage the training, data, processing and reporting to meet the daily needs of the Community Foundation.
Technical Ability | Critical Thinking | Accuracy| Project Management | Analysis & Reasoning
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Prior systems and data management experience necessary. Minimum three years of experience in writing reports, queries, and data extractions. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Project management experience preferred. Knowledge of databases and Microsoft Office required; existing community knowledge strongly preferred.
