Join us for a workshop that will help you develop a solid plan to support your organization whenever the time comes to pass the leadership baton. Taking the time now to create a sustainability and succession plan will help smooth transitions and ensure your organization’s services are not interrupted.
This interactive virtual workshop will cover:
- The key parts of a comprehensive organizational succession plan
- Tools to use to prepare for a transition
- A pre-succession planning organizational assessment
- Common succession pitfalls
- Resources and templates to use for developing your own organizational plan
Bonus: Each organization in attendance is eligible for one hour of free succession plan coaching with Ingrid.
