Session Facilitator: Dr. Teresa Peterson, Director of Learning and Development | Sarah Noll Wilson, Inc.
In this interactive workshop, Teresa Peterson (of
Sarah Noll Wilson) leads you to a new level of insight and thinking about how to design partnerships that are productive for your organization, supportive of your mission, and resilient for long-term impact. We know it feels amazing to work alongside board and staff members on a productive team; one that can not only meet goals but support each other while doing it. Leveraging over a decade of research and personal leadership experience, Teresa will share practical insights, grounded in science to help you intentionally create partnerships that will optimize how your team works together to achieve your collective mission.
Drawing on the work of Adaptive Leadership and Conversational Intelligence, this interactive experience will explore:
1. Shifting our focus on intentional relationship building “from chance to choice”
2. Achieving positive social impacts through collaborative commitments
3. How to create an inviting environment for board and staff to elevate ideas, questions, concerns, and mistakes
4. Four ways we can build and preserve stronger relationships to drive missions forward
