Maddie's Circle offers a unique opportunity to test the waters, learn from the best and create some positive ripples of your own.

Created to ignite a passion for philanthropy among newcomers to community involvement, Maddie's Circle is an action-oriented, living and fun tribute to Maddie Levitt.  Members of Maddie's Circle join others who share an interest in taking a more active role in the community.

Together members decide what issues to support and projects to tackle.  You'll be paired with local community advisors--experienced leaders of key public, private and nonprofit organizations--to learn the ropes.

How it Works
Maddie's Circle is designed to inspire involvement, leadership and giving.  Mentors help circle members learn and make new contacts.

Circles consist of 10 members; each member invests $1,000 per year for two years.

The combined $10,000 annually is matched by an endowment providing a total of $20,000 to fund the group's activities each year. 

The group determines its giving focus and specific accomplishments it plans to achieve.

Circles must avoid duplication of other community efforts.
