5. Do you want your Fund to be permanently endowed?
I want my Fund to qualify for Endow Iowa Tax Credits as an endowed Donor Advised Fund. Spending from the Fund in any year is limited to no more than 5% of the previous year-end balance. Grants must be made to Iowa charities or charitable causes. I understand that Credits are issued by the Iowa Department of Economic Development & that Credits issued pursuant to this contribution would be for the 2008 calendar year.
I want the entirety of the Fund to be available for charitable gifts during the lifetime of the initial advisor (advisors) listed below.
